IN-HOUSE AI. REAL-WORLD WORK.

The routine.
Taken care of.

Your people handle the decisions.
GLSS BOX handles the work between them.

Local intelligence designed to keep appointments, paperwork, payments, and follow-ups moving.

A LITTLE LESS ADMIN. A LOT MORE FOCUS.

Good care has enough
moving parts.

The empty appointment. The form that never came back. The payment that needs another follow-up. GLSS BOX is designed to notice the next step—and carry the routine through.

01

Recover the opening.

Turn a cancellation into a patient invitation, a confirmed booking, and a scheduled reminder.

02

Keep the money moving.

Follow balances through to payment. Prepare invoices, hold duplicates, and reconcile confirmations.

03

Give your team time back.

Take routine chasing, matching, filing, and re-entry out of the daily queue.

    A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

    Clarity comes
    with the territory.

    What does “automatic” mean here?

Once the practice approves a workflow and its rules, GLSS BOX is designed to perform the routine steps without asking staff to click through each one. Patient responses, external service confirmations, and exception handling still matter. The demo makes those boundaries visible.

Does it replace our practice software?

No. Your existing systems remain the source of truth. GLSS BOX works through approved connections and source records. Supported actions depend on the practice applications, their available integrations, and the permissions configured during setup.

    Does everything stay offline?

The AI analysis stays local. Sending a patient message, booking through an external service, or processing a payment requires that approved service to receive the relevant information. Local processing and controlled external connections work together.

    Which decisions stay with people?

Clinicians review and sign clinical records. The owner controls payment release. Uncertain patient matches, disputed balances, incomplete claim packets, and coding questions go to the appropriate staff member—with the information already gathered.

    How is patient privacy approached?

The design combines local processing with encrypted storage, role-based access, activity logs, and protected backups. A practice's privacy and compliance requirements also depend on its configuration, procedures, and connected services; local hosting alone isn't a compliance certification.
